From July 7 to 9, a social practice team from the College of Landscape Architecture and Arts at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University carried out a three-day field study in Zhenghe county, Nanping, Fujian province, under the theme Promoting Education through Zhu Xi's Culture of Filial Piety.

The team visited the China White Tea Museum, Zhenghe Museum, China Bamboo Crafts City, Shizhen Village, the Yunshang Terraced Fields in Nianshan Village, the Zhu Xi Filial Piety Museum, Longhe Tea Academy, and the Fujian-Taiwan Youth Digital Cultural IP Center. Through site visits, field research and discussions, team members gained a deeper understanding of Zhenghe's white tea culture, Zhu Xi's philosophy of filial piety, the development of the local bamboo industry, and innovative practices in Fujian-Taiwan cultural integration.

Drawing on their academic expertise, the students conducted architectural surveys and visual documentation of traditional villages, ancient academies and ancestral halls. They also explored digital documentation of historic buildings and the design of cultural and creative products. Their efforts aim to preserve and promote Zhu Xi's philosophy of filial piety while contributing to rural cultural revitalization and the integrated development of culture and tourism.
